Manouk van der Meulen

After the theater school Manouk has keeping developing herself as an actress. Directly after her education she attended many courses and classes in her own country and around the world to improve her technique and deepening her experience.

Manouk,"You never should stop exploring and learning! It is my strong conviction that if I want to grow as an actress, I have to do that as well as a human being. The more I know who I really am, the better I can create my parts from that source. That´s why I also followed many trainings and workshops in the area of self development and spirituality."

 Manouk just finished a coaching / training education on HBO level at effeqtgroup. Now she uses all her life and working experience to coach and guide people. This are actors who like to prepare for auditions or want to work with presentation techniques or acting in front of camera, but also people who are looking for life coaching. Manouk is working with many different techniques. On the spiritual level she uses Tarot cards, on the physical level she uses Body Stress Management;  a technique to be able to totally relax in front of a camera or on stage. And focus exercises to become mentally stronger.
